Nepali Jansampark Samiti India established by Koirala on 13 June 1876 from Mumbai, India is currently spread over 171 cities in 7 regions of India. This organization has spread across India from Mumbai to 33 countries in the world. I was informed by former Chief Secretaries Basant Gautam, Shobhakhar Parajuli, under the guidance of Loknayak Girija Prasad Koirala, all the V.P.s associated with the Congress worldwide. It was directed that the migration opened by Koirala should be opened in the name of Public Relations Committee. I got the opportunity to inform about the rules and regulations of how things are done in India. First, I had the opportunity to print and send by-laws, letterheads, and membership books to Japan from India. Similarly, I got the opportunity to send materials from India to Britain, America, and Malaysia. It has gradually spread to 33 countries today. Apart from India, people from other countries have come to participate in the 13th Congress for the second time. The Public Relations Committee has been involved in radical changes in the country, supporting the country and the party in sorrows and joys, philanthropists, political leaders, progressing and enriching the country. Not only the agitations, the solution to the party’s financial problems, V.P. The committee has been doing the work of Koirala’s health treatment, paying the rent of the offices and campaigning materials in the elections.

I am happy that the Nepali Public Relations Committee of India is going to publish a “souvenir”. I would like to give special thanks to my friends and I would like to express my gratitude to them for electing me as the party chairman, I expect their support in the future as well. Our party went to the neighboring country India and got involved in various professions, businesses and others Organizational expansion of the Nepali Congress has worked hard here to develop the party’s principles, ideals, I highly respect the contribution made to the expansion of the organization by forming a public relations committee, committed to values and recognition, and their activities here have given me more inspiration. In the days to come, I will cooperate with you here. Finally, wishing the full success of Prakashmukh “Smarika” from the readers “Smarika”. It will become a readable reference material, I wish you well.
